Key Responsibilities

Drive operational excellence by establishing SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks for infrastructure support, monitoring, and service delivery. Ensure security, compliance, and best practices across AD and Exchange environments, including patching, audits, access control, and risk mitigation. Plan and lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations (Active Directory / Exchange), and disaster recovery/BCP readiness initiatives while identifying opportunities for service improvement and business growth..
