Lahore Electric Supply Company Limited (LESCO) is recruiting 15 Commercial Assistants under Advertisement No. LESCO#40(2026-27), part of a wider drive covering 12 categories of contract-basis positions across LESCO's jurisdiction of Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Okara and Nankana Districts. Of the 15 vacancies, 9 fall under the direct quota, 3 are reserved for the LESCO Employees' Children Quota, 2 for the women quota and 1 for the minority quota, making this one of the larger recruitment categories in the current drive.

Eligible candidates must hold at least a BA, B.Sc., BCS or B.Com degree with First Division from an HEC-recognized institution, along with a 3-month Basic IT Training Course including MS Office from NITB, TEVTA or an affiliated/recognized institution. Preference will be given to candidates with 16 years of education specializing in Commerce and Accounting or an equivalent field. The maximum age limit is 30 years as on the closing date, inclusive of standard age relaxation, and this post is open only to candidates domiciled in the five districts served by LESCO. The engagement will be purely contractual on a market-based lump sum package with a six-month probation period.

The test fee of Rs. 80 per applicant is payable through 1-Bill Payment in any banking app using the PSID generated on the OTS portal. Along with the application, candidates must upload scanned copies of their degree, IT training certificate, CNIC, domicile certificate and a recent photograph, and women or minority quota applicants should clearly mark their category during the application process. Only candidates who meet the specific eligibility criteria for this post will be called for the written test, and a minimum of 50% marks is required to qualify.
