Candidates must be between 18 and 35 years of age as on the last date for submission of applications. Upper age relaxation may be available as per government rules.

To be eligible, candidates must hold Literate and physically fit (per ad: "خواندہ و جسمانی طور پر صحت مند"). from a recognized institution. All degrees and certificates must be verified, and candidates should be prepared to present original documents during the selection process.

A Test/Interview will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.

In addition to the written test, shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview. The interview will be conducted by a panel appointed by District Council Rawalpindi, and candidates must bring all original documents.
