The Punjab Environment Protection Department has announced one position of Team Lead, graded PPS-08, to head the HySeM (Hybrid Sensor Monitoring) project component of the Lahore Air Improvement Framework. This is a senior, project-leadership role suited to an experienced environmental or engineering professional capable of managing planning, implementation, and monitoring for a technical air-quality sensor network across the city, along with coordinating multiple stakeholders and technical teams.

Applicants must hold a Masters or Bachelors (Hons) degree (16 years of education) in Chemistry, Engineering, or Environmental Engineering/Sciences from an HEC-recognized university, together with at least ten years of relevant professional experience. The age range for this post is 35 to 50 years, and the position is open to both genders subject to standard domicile requirements for Punjab government contract project posts. The Team Lead will be responsible for overall planning, implementation, and monitoring of the HySeM project, coordinating with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and government departments, ensuring timely achievement of project milestones and PC-I compliance, overseeing budget utilization and procurement coordination, and supervising all technical and administrative staff attached to the project.
