Government of The Punjab, Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department has announced a recruitment drive for 1 PA / Personal Assistant (Dean / Executive Officer) post on a contractual basis. The opportunity is open to both male and female candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria, and the vacancy falls under the purview of NTS.

The place of posting for this position is Nishtar Hospital, Multan (100-bedded Cancer Center). Candidates should be prepared to serve at this location or at any other place within the jurisdiction of Government of The Punjab, Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department as assigned by the competent authority. Transfer and posting decisions rest solely with the department.

The age limit for this position is 25 to 35 years, calculated as on the closing date of applications. Age relaxation, if any, will be granted in accordance with the applicable government rules and notifications.

Age note: Age relaxation in upper age limit shall be dealt as per latest notification by Government of the Punjab S&GAD & Recruitment Policy, 2022.

Applicants must possess at least Bachelor (second division) from an institution or a university recognized by Higher Education Commission; Forty (40) words per minute typing speed in English and eighty (80) words per minute speed in shorthand; Five years' relevant work experience as a Stenographer or Typist or Data Operator, and proficiency in MS Office. from a university or board recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the relevant accrediting body.

A minimum of Five years' relevant work experience as a Stenographer/Typist/Data Operator is required. Candidates should provide verifiable proof of their work experience, such as experience certificates, employment letters, or office orders.

In addition to the written test, shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview. The interview will be conducted by a panel appointed by NTS, and candidates must bring all original documents.

Deposit slip of NTS-prescribed test fee (amount not printed in advertisement) required in favor of National Testing Service, submitted along with application.
