Lahore Electric Supply Company Limited (LESCO) has announced 1 vacancy for the post of Head Clerk/Assistant under its recruitment drive Advertisement No. LESCO#40(2026-27), which spans 12 categories of contract-basis positions to fill administrative and technical gaps across the company's Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Okara and Nankana Districts jurisdiction. This post falls entirely under the direct quota and is open only to candidates holding domicile of these five districts.

Eligible candidates must be graduates in Humanities, Science, Commerce or Computer discipline with at least C-Grade or 50% marks, and must additionally have completed a 3-month Basic IT Training Course, including MS Office, from an institution affiliated with or recognized by NITB, TEVTA, the Board of Technical Education or HEC. The maximum age limit for this post is 30 years as on the closing date of the advertisement, already inclusive of the standard age relaxation; no further relaxation applies except to specifically exempted categories under LESCO policy. Selected candidates will be engaged purely on a contract basis at a market-based lump sum package with a six-month probation period, and the position is non-pensionable and not convertible to permanent status.

A test fee of Rs. 80 per applicant must be paid via 1-Bill Payment in any banking app using the PSID generated on the OTS website. Applicants are required to upload scanned copies of their academic certificates, IT training certificate, CNIC, domicile certificate and a recent photograph. Only shortlisted candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be invited for the written test, and no application submitted by hand or after the due date will be entertained.
