HEC is inviting applications from both male and female candidates for a Office Assistant (PPS-5) role within Prime Minister’s Scheme for Enabling Youth with Physical Challenges at HEIs. The appointment will be made on a contractual basis, and the recruitment is being carried out to fill operational needs within the department.

The posting will be at Punjab. However, the appointing authority retains the right to post the selected candidate to any office or station under Prime Minister’s Scheme for Enabling Youth with Physical Challenges at HEIs within Punjab or elsewhere in Pakistan as circumstances demand.

The prescribed age limit is 18-40 years (as on the closing date). Age relaxation rules issued by the government from time to time shall apply.

Educational requirement: Graduation (14 years) (at least 2nd Division) from HEC recognized university / Institution. Advance use of MS Office is must.. Candidates are expected to have completed this qualification from a recognized institution. Original documents and attested copies will be required at the time of the interview.

Experience requirement: Two year’s work experience in public/private sector organization of good repute.. Candidates must demonstrate the required experience through experience certificates, appointment letters, or other official documentation.
