Lahore Electric Supply Company Limited (LESCO) is recruiting for the technical post of Line Superintendent-I under Advertisement No. LESCO#40(2026-27), one of 12 categories of contract-basis positions announced this month to support LESCO's distribution network across Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Okara and Nankana Districts. This post carries 7 vacancies, of which 6 fall under the direct quota and 1 is reserved under the 20% LESCO Employees' Children Quota, and is open only to candidates holding domicile of the five districts served by LESCO.

To be eligible, applicants must have passed Matriculation and hold a 3-year diploma in Electrical Technology from a Government Poly-Technical Institute with at least "B" Grade, along with a minimum of 3 years' experience of the trade in a supervisory position in any electrical organization. The maximum age limit is 30 years as on the closing date of the advertisement, already inclusive of the standard age relaxation, and no further relaxation applies except to categories specifically exempted under LESCO's recruitment rules. The engagement is purely contractual on a market-based lump sum package with a six-month probation period and is not convertible into a permanent position.

Eligible candidates should apply online through the Open Testing Service (OTS) website at www.ots.org.pk before the closing date of 18 August 2026. A test fee of Rs. 80 per applicant is payable via the 1-Bill Payment option in any banking app after generating a PSID on the OTS portal. Applicants must upload scanned copies of their diploma and experience certificates, CNIC, domicile certificate and a recent photograph while completing the online application. Only candidates fulfilling the specific eligibility criteria for this post will be called for the written test, and LESCO reserves the right to modify or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason; no TA/DA will be paid for the test or interview.
