Qualification Required

Job Responsibilities

Identify and develop project concepts in line with LWMC's operational and strategic requirements; prepare project proposals, concept notes, feasibility reports and project development documents; conduct preliminary technical and financial assessment of proposed projects; assist in preparation and review of PC-I/PC-II and other government project planning documents; prepare project justifications, need assessments and options analysis; assist in project cost estimates and funding requirements; develop implementation plans, work plans, milestones and monitoring frameworks; prepare proposals for development schemes, donor-funded projects and PPP initiatives; research and analyse technical, operational and financial data; prepare presentations, briefing notes and reports for senior management; coordinate with technical departments, consultants, government departments and stakeholders; review proposals submitted by consultants; support project prioritization; maintain a database of proposed, ongoing and completed projects; identify opportunities for resource mobilization, grants, donor funding and PPPs.
