NADRA Technologies Limited (NTL), the technology and commercial-services arm of the National Database and Registration Authority, has invited applications for two contractual positions of Deputy Assistant Director (Software Developer, Flutter Developer) to be based in Islamabad. The role is aimed at mobile application development, and the successful candidates will manage the complete app development lifecycle using Flutter and Dart to deliver cross-platform Android and iOS applications from a single codebase. Day-to-day work includes integrating third-party libraries, plugins and REST or GraphQL APIs, applying state management approaches such as Provider, Riverpod or BLoC to keep the code modular and scalable, and making sure the apps comply with Google Play Store and Apple App Store policies on privacy, permissions and content standards.
