Apply before 20 October 2026. Full application steps and eligibility criteria are below.
About This Job
Open Testing Service (OTS) is hiring two Support Officers at its Islamabad office under its Career Opportunities advertisement, published in English. The role is centred on applicant and customer support: handling queries through telephone, WhatsApp, email and other channels, providing timely and professional assistance to applicants, handling complaints and coordinating their resolution, maintaining applicant records and project-related documentation, coordinating with test centers, applicants and relevant departments, assisting in project operations and administrative activities, and performing other duties assigned by management.
The post requires Intermediate, with a Bachelor degree preferred, and one year of experience is preferred. The age limit is 21 to 35 years, and both male and female candidates may apply. Required skills include good communication and interpersonal skills, customer service and complaint-handling skills, good command of English and Urdu, basic computer and MS Office skills, the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and good coordination, documentation and problem-solving skills. The advertisement does not state a salary or contract duration, so applicants should confirm those details when they are shortlisted for the interview. Because two vacancies are on offer and both men and women are eligible, this is a useful opening for graduates and intermediate-qualified candidates who enjoy people-facing work, want to build a career in the testing and recruitment industry, and are comfortable handling large volumes of applicant communication across phone, WhatsApp and email.
Applications are accepted online only, through the Open Testing Service website at ots.org.pk and its applicant portal, within the prescribed period that closes on 20 October 2026. Hand submission of the application form is not allowed, and there is no application processing fee for this shortlisting process. Applicants are asked to read the eligibility criteria and instructions carefully, provide correct and complete information, and upload scanned copies of all educational documents, domicile certificate, CNIC front and back, and relevant experience certificates; hard copies are not required. Only candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and are shortlisted after scrutiny will be called for the interview, and shortlisted candidates are informed through the OTS website and SMS about the interview schedule and further instructions. Interview call letters can also be downloaded from the OTS website if courier delivery fails. It is important to select the correct post when applying, because a submitted selection may not be changeable later. For help, applicants can contact the OTS helpline on 051-111-687-222, Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM. If you are based in or around Islamabad and match the criteria, apply well before the deadline so that your application is not missed.
