About This Job

The Punjab Land Record Authority (PLRA) has announced four contract-based vacancies for the post of Surveyor under its Project Management Unit for the Board of Revenue (PMU-BOR), based in Lahore. The Surveyor will carry out field-level land measurement and boundary verification work, capturing parcel dimensions and geographic features using standard surveying methods and GIS-compatible tools that feed directly into PLRA's digitized land record systems. This entry-to-mid-level technical role forms part of the ground survey workforce supporting the project's continued rollout of computerized land records across Punjab.

Eligible candidates must hold at least fourteen years of education in GIS, Geomatics, Geography, or Land Administration from an HEC-recognized university or institute, or alternatively a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Surveying/GIS, or a Diploma/Certificate in Land Surveying from an institute recognized by TEVTA or from the Survey Training Institute, Islamabad. Candidates with fourteen years of education or a DAE qualification require at least one year of post-qualification relevant experience, while candidates holding only a Diploma or Certificate in Land Surveying require at least two years of relevant experience. The position is open to both male and female applicants aged between 21 and 70 years, and a valid, attested Punjab domicile certificate is required to be considered eligible, as explicitly stated on the official job posting.

No application fee is indicated on the portal listing for this position, and applicants should have scanned copies of their CNIC, domicile certificate, and educational or diploma certificates ready for upload. Applications must be submitted by August 7, 2026, after which no further submissions will be entertained, and only candidates meeting the stated educational and experience criteria are advised to apply for these Lahore-based field surveying roles within PLRA's Board of Revenue project.
