A fresh job notification from Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC) covers 1 Senior Program Officer (Procurement) position on a contractual basis. Applications are accepted from both male and female candidates who fulfil the minimum eligibility requirements set by PMDFC.

Duty station: Lahore. Selected candidates will be required to report to this location, although the department reserves the right to transfer or reassign personnel to other locations within Punjab as operational needs arise.

Candidates must be between 18 and 63 years of age as on the last date for submission of applications. Upper age relaxation may be available as per government rules.

Age note: Ad states age range 18-63 years with a note of maximum 65 years relaxation

Applicants must possess at least 16 years of education or higher degree in Engineering/Commerce/Business/Management studies, including Supply Chain Management and Procurement Management from a university or board recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the relevant accrediting body.

Experience requirement: Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in procurement of works, goods, and services; understanding of PPRA rules and World Bank procurement guidelines required. Candidates must demonstrate the required experience through experience certificates, appointment letters, or other official documentation.
