The position is based at the PULSE Project office at 158-A Abu Bakar Block, New Garden Town, Lahore. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for reviewing the project's financial controls, verifying expenditure against World Bank and Government of Punjab procedures, and helping ensure that the PULSE Project's use of donor funds meets required audit and compliance standards throughout its implementation across Punjab's land record and revenue modernization initiatives. The PULSE Project is part of a broader effort by the Board of Revenue, supported by World Bank financing, to modernize property and revenue record systems, reduce land disputes, and improve public service delivery through better data quality and digital infrastructure across Punjab's land administration institutions.

Candidates must hold a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACMA, CA, or an equivalent HEC-recognized qualification, along with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience in audit and finance functions, preferably within the public sector. Experience working on donor-funded projects, particularly those financed by the World Bank or similar international agencies, will be preferred during shortlisting. The eligible age range for this post is 35 to 70 years, and the position is open to candidates of either gender. An attested domicile certificate is required, with the standard Punjab Government domicile requirement implied as per the project's eligibility conditions.
