Candidates must hold 16 years of education in Project Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Commerce, Business Economics, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution, along with sound knowledge of Pakistan and Punjab Procurement Regulations. A minimum of eight years of post-qualification experience is required, and prior experience with World Bank-financed procurement processes will be preferred during evaluation. The eligible age range is 35 to 70 years, and the post is open to candidates of either gender, subject to submission of an attested domicile certificate as per the standard Punjab Government requirement.
