Applicants must possess at least Minimum 16 years education in Civil Engineering/Construction Engineering/Architectural Engineering/Structural Engineering/Construction Management from a university or board recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the relevant accrediting body.

Applicants are required to have At least 08 years' relevant post qualification experience. Candidates with experience in PPPs shall be given preference. Relevant experience must be substantiated with proper documentation, including experience certificates from previous employers.
