About This Job
Punjab Public Private Partnership Authority (P4A) is inviting applications from both male and female candidates for 1 vacant General Manager (Admin & HR) post within Punjab Public Private Partnership Authority (P4A). The appointment will be made on a contractual basis, and the recruitment is being carried out to fill operational needs within the department.
The posting will be at Lahore, Punjab. However, the appointing authority retains the right to post the selected candidate to any office or station under Punjab Public Private Partnership Authority (P4A) within Punjab or elsewhere in Pakistan as circumstances demand.
The prescribed age limit is 18-35 years (as on the closing date). Age relaxation rules issued by the government from time to time shall apply.
Age note: Age limit not specified in ad; default applied. Contract-based, lump sum package per P4A pay structure. Professional international certification such as SPHRi or SHRM-SCP is desirable
Educational requirement: Minimum 16 years education in Business Administration/Public Administration/Human Resource Management with specialization in HR. Candidates are expected to have completed this qualification from a recognized institution. Original documents and attested copies will be required at the time of the interview.
Experience requirement: At least 12 years in HR and administrative management, with exposure to leadership in public or private sector organizations. Proven experience in HR operations, talent management, policy implementation, and administrative oversight. Candidates must demonstrate the required experience through experience certificates, appointment letters, or other official documentation.
