Candidates must hold a Master's degree or Bachelor (Hons) with 16 years of education in Project Management, Environmental Science/Engineering, Agriculture Sciences, Transport Engineering, Water Resource Management, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering or Public Health, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The eligible age range is 30 to 50 years, Punjab domicile is required, and the post is open to both male and female candidates. Required skills include proficiency in office software for word processing, spreadsheets and presentations, along with project planning and scheduling capability. Responsibilities include undertaking Annual Development Programme reviews to identify climate-finance-eligible projects, conducting policy landscape desk reviews, preparing technical designs, feasibility studies and bankable proposals, coordinating climate finance project implementation, providing administrative and logistics support, and monitoring project progress.
