About This Job

University of the Punjab's Department of Digital Media, in partnership with the University of Glasgow under the CIRCLE (Co-creating Inclusive Research Culture and Leadership Environments) project, has announced one vacancy for Senior Research and Policy Specialist. The post is a fixed-term consultancy/project appointment running from October 2026 to July 2027 (10 months), open to both male and female candidates.

Applicants should hold a PhD, or equivalent professional experience, in any relevant discipline, along with a strong track record of research, publications and/or consultancy relevant to higher education, organisational development, research environments or institutional change. The role requires experience designing and leading research, institutional diagnostics or evaluation projects, conducting literature and policy reviews, and facilitating consultations with senior institutional leaders. The age limit is 18 to 35 years as on the closing date.

Qualification Required
