The Urban Unit, Planning and Development Board, Punjab under The Urban Unit is looking to fill 1 Senior Specialist Economics post on a contractual basis. The place of posting for this position is Punjab. Candidates should be prepared to serve at this location or at any other place within the jurisdiction of The Urban Unit, Planning and Development Board, Punjab as assigned by the competent authority. Candidates must be between 18 and 50 years of age as on the last date for submission of applications. Upper age relaxation may be available as per government rules.

Applicants must possess at least Minimum 18 years of education in Economics, Econometrics, Development Studies or equivalent relevant degree from a HEC recognized institution from a university or board recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the relevant accrediting body.

A minimum of Minimum 12 years relevant post-qualification professional experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity in public or private sector organizations is required. Candidates should provide verifiable proof of their work experience, such as experience certificates, employment letters, or office orders.
