The Punjab Resource Management & Policy Unit (PRMPU), under the Planning & Development Board, Government of the Punjab, has announced one vacancy for Contract Management Specialist within the Mega Projects Unit (MPU) of the "Transformation of Punjab Resource Management & Policy Unit (TPRMPU)" project, advertised 4 August 2026. Graded PPS-10 and based at the Unit's Lahore office, this role supports the procurement and contract-compliance needs of TPRMPU's donor-funded and infrastructure-related engagements.

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, or Contract Management from an HEC-recognized university, with PMI-CP or PMP certification preferred, and ten years of experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and enforcement, preferably on donor-funded or infrastructure projects. The Contract Management Specialist will lead contract management activities, develop and review bidding and contract documents, ensure compliance with PPRA rules and donor requirements, and manage claims and dispute resolution.
