The University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (UAF) advertised the post of Controller of Examinations (BPS-19) in a "Situation Vacant" notice from the Director (HR), inviting applications from Pakistani nationals on the prescribed form. The role is responsible for planning, conducting and managing the university's annual and semester examination systems, with applications due at the Office of the Director-HR by the closing date of July 30, 2026.

Candidates were required to meet one of three qualification routes: a PhD from an HEC-recognized institution with eight years of post-qualification experience in administration or teaching; an MS/M.Phil with ten years of experience at BS-17 or above; or a Master's degree with twelve years of experience at BS-17 or above, from an HEC-recognized institution. In addition, candidates needed to be fully conversant with the annual and semester examination system of a university. The prescribed age limit was 35 to 55 years. Applications required one complete set on the prescribed form with attested educational and experience certificates and a bank deposit slip covering the Rs. 1,000 non-refundable processing fee. Statutory quotas apply: 3% for persons with disabilities, 5% for minorities, and 15% for women, and government employees needed to apply through proper channel with an NOC.

Only short-listed candidates would be called for test/interview with no TA/DA admissible, and the University reserved the right to adjust or withhold the vacancy as per its needs.
