A signed printout of the online form, with attested copies of the CNIC, domicile, educational documents, experience certificates and the paid challan, must be delivered in person or by courier to the Human Resource Department, Room 12, UHS, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore, within office hours by 30 October 2026.
