Pakistan WAPDA Foundation (PWF) has announced a recruitment drive for 1 Manager (Transformer Reclamation - Distribution Workshop, Nowshera) post on a contractual basis. The opportunity is open to both male and female candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria, and the vacancy falls under the purview of WAPDA.

This role carries a BPS-19 pay scale. Compensation and benefits will follow the standard government framework for contractual appointments, including all admissible allowances as per departmental rules.

Duty station: Transformer Reclamation (Distribution) Workshop, Nowshera. Selected candidates will be required to report to this location, although the department reserves the right to transfer or reassign personnel to other locations within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as operational needs arise.

Candidates must be between 18 and 62 years of age as on the last date for submission of applications. Upper age relaxation may be available as per government rules.

Age note: Maximum age 62 years; post open only to retired WAPDA/DISCOs/NTDC employees with good service record. Contract initially for 1 year, extendable up to 3 years or age 65, whichever earlier.

Applicants must possess at least B.Sc Engineering (Electrical) from HEC recognized university from a university or board recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the relevant accrediting body.

A minimum of Four (04) years experience as Superintending Engineer/Manager in BPS-19 or above positions (CEs/GMs) is required. Candidates should provide verifiable proof of their work experience, such as experience certificates, employment letters, or office orders.
