The incumbent will be responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, costing/pricing and feasibility studies for the On-Campus hospital; exploring and evaluating income-generating opportunities including discount options and service packages; preparing financial reporting and analysis for senior leadership and the Board of Trustees; conducting feasibility studies for new capital and construction projects; costing new and existing hospital services; leading the hospital's annual pricing activity; producing financial reports through business-intelligence tools; and training and developing finance staff. Candidates should be a CA/CMA/CIMA finalist or hold an MBA with a major in Finance from a reputable university, with a minimum of three years of experience in a management position, sound knowledge of financial systems, and proficiency in MS Excel with Power BI/Tableau experience preferred.
