The incumbent will report to the Chief Operating Officer, Outreach Health Services and Off-Campus Hospitals, Pakistan, and will carry full accountability for the seamless operations and strategic performance of the facility. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans, goals and operational budgets; providing leadership to the management team; ensuring quality, safety, infection-control and facilities-management standards are met; monitoring clinical volumes and revenues; managing financial and human resources; ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements; preparing performance reports and business proposals; and liaising with government agencies and other stakeholders. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Business Administration or Health Care Management from a recognized university, with at least eight years of managerial-level experience, preferably in a hospital environment, along with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
