Additional duties include contributing to research-proposal development, liaising with granting agencies, ensuring accurate completion and archiving of case-report forms and questionnaires, monitoring hospital and mortality surveillance, and preparing weekly, fortnightly and monthly project reports. Candidates should hold an MBBS or a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology or a related field, with 2-3 years of community-level work experience, strong communication and writing skills, and experience in community-based data collection; prior experience on a CMAM project is considered an advantage.
