Pakistan Navy Engineering College (PNEC), a NUST constituent college in Karachi, is recruiting an Associate for its Research & Development function within the Department of Electronics and Power Engineering. The role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the R&D Department, coordinating research administration activities, maintaining official records, facilitating communication with faculty, researchers and funding agencies, and ensuring efficient execution of research, innovation, consultancy and project-management processes per NUST policy.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Administration or equivalent, with an MBA or Master's in Management Sciences considered desirable. Three years of administrative experience in a university, research organization or government institution is required, and five years in a university/ORIC/research-administration setting with grants and procurement documentation experience is preferred. Skills sought include MS Office proficiency, strong written and verbal communication, organizational and record-management abilities, and confidentiality. The eligible age range is 20 to 45 years.

Qualification Required
- Qualification:Essential: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Public Administration or equivalent. Desirable: Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Management Sciences or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience:Essential: 03 years of administrative experience in a university, research organization, government institution or similar office. Desirable: minimum 05 years in a university, ORIC, or research administration office, with experience in research projects, grants, procurement and financial documentation.
