Central Power Purchasing Agency (Guarantee) Limited (CPPA-G), the power sector's Special Purpose Agent responsible for commercial, financial and regulatory coordination across Pakistan's electricity market, is hiring one Chief Internal Auditor through the Open Testing Service (OTS) under Project Code CPPA2026F. This is a senior C-Level governance appointment meant to strengthen CPPA-G's Internal Audit function, working closely with the Board of Directors and senior management to embed stronger financial reporting, governance-risk management and internal-control practices across the organization, in line with Schedule-IV of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023. Only one category is open under this recruitment drive, and the post is offered on a three-year contract basis, extendable on satisfactory performance.

Candidates must meet the fit-and-proper criteria defined under Schedule-IV of the SOE Act, 2023, and must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants such as CA, CPA, ACMA or ACCA, or hold an MBA (Finance) from a reputed local or international university. A minimum of fifteen years of post-qualification professional experience is required, including at least five years in a senior or executive-level role, with demonstrated expertise in auditing and risk management, designing internal-control procedures, and evaluating financial reliability in the public or private sector, particularly within state-owned enterprises or public-sector projects; candidates with relevant experience in the power sector will be preferred. Qualification Required

• Qualification: Must meet the fit and proper criteria as defined under Schedule-IV of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023.
