About This Job

EXIM Bank of Pakistan has opened one Manager/Assistant Manager - Analytics position in Islamabad through NJP at a scale of up to M5. The role develops dashboards and management reports, performs portfolio, sector and obligor analysis, supports stress testing and credit-risk modelling, contributes to IFRS 9 and impairment analysis, automates reporting through Power BI, SQL and Excel, and prepares insights for management, board committees and regulators.

The required qualification is at least 16 years of education with a major in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Risk, Information Technology or another relevant field from an HEC-recognized university. Applicants need five years of relevant experience for Manager level or three years for Assistant Manager level; experience with banks, financial institutions, DFIs or FinTechs is advantageous. The maximum age is 55 years. The post is open to eligible male and female candidates from across Pakistan.

Qualification Required
