First Women Bank Limited (FWBL) is hiring a Manager ADC Operations for its Information Technology division at Head Office, Karachi, to take ownership of the availability, stability, security and performance of the bank's digital banking and Alternate Delivery Channel platforms. The manager will investigate application and system issues, lead root-cause analysis and incident resolution, coordinate with vendors and technology partners on upgrades and SLAs, and work with business units and project teams to roll out new digital-banking products and functionality. The role also covers planning and executing testing cycles, disaster-recovery exercises and post-implementation validation, preparing operational and capacity reports, and mentoring the wider ADC operations team. The manager is also expected to conduct knowledge-sharing and training sessions for business and IT users and to mentor team members, reinforcing operational governance as the bank continues to expand its digital-banking footprint.

FWBL is looking for a candidate with at least a bachelor's degree, with a master's degree preferred, and eight to ten years of relevant experience in digital banking or ADC-related IT operations.
