The engineer is also expected to keep IT asset records for network equipment up to date and to monitor network support queues so that incidents are acknowledged and resolved within the bank's defined service-level targets.

FWBL is looking for a bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or an equivalent related field, with two years of hands-on experience in network support, SD-WAN, routing protocols and IP subnetting, plus solid troubleshooting skills for LAN/WAN environments. Any relevant networking certifications are considered a significant advantage, and prior experience in the banking or financial-services industry is preferred but not mandatory.
