First Women Bank Limited (FWBL) is hiring an Officer IT Operations for its Information Technology division at Head Office, Karachi, to provide operational and technical support for the bank's Lending & Advances applications and Core Banking loan modules. Additional duties include validating lending and SBP regulatory reports, supporting product configuration, deployments and user-acceptance testing, and maintaining operational documentation in line with SBP prudential regulations and internal credit policy. Because the role sits within the bank's lending ecosystem specifically, familiarity with loan classification, provisioning rules and SBP prudential regulations is expected to build over time as the officer becomes more embedded in day-to-day lending operations support.

FWBL is seeking a bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, with two to four years of relevant experience in core banking operations, IT operations, production support, banking application support, or financial-services technology. Familiarity with EOD/SOD processing, production support, user-access management, regulatory reporting and IT service management is expected, given the role's focus on the bank's lending systems specifically.
