First Women Bank Limited (FWBL) is hiring a Senior Network & Datacenter Engineer for its Information Technology division at Head Office, Karachi, to take on a more senior role in maintaining and optimizing the bank's network and data-center infrastructure. The role also includes escalating complex issues to third-level or specialized support, participating in on-call rotation, assisting with IT asset management, and coordinating with service providers to uphold agreed SLAs. Given the seniority of the role, the incumbent is expected to take a lead position in resolving complex, escalated network incidents and in recommending broader improvements to the bank's data-center standard operating procedures.

FWBL is seeking a bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or an equivalent related field, with three years of hands-on experience in network support, SD-WAN, routing protocols and IP subnetting, together with strong troubleshooting skills across LAN/WAN environments. Certifications such as Fortinet NSE, CCNA or CCNP are listed as preferred, and prior experience in the banking or financial sector is considered a plus though not mandatory.
