First Women Bank Limited (FWBL) is hiring a Senior System Administrator for its Information Technology division at Head Office, Karachi, to maintain and optimize the bank's server infrastructure. The senior administrator will also collaborate with cross-functional teams on server issues and upgrades, maintain configuration and incident documentation, escalate complex problems to third-level support, and coordinate with system vendors to uphold agreed SLAs. The role carries lead responsibility for keeping the bank's server estate patched, backed up and audit-ready, and for escalating only the most complex issues onward once initial troubleshooting has been exhausted.
