The General Manager will further develop SEZ governance and enterprise-registration policy frameworks, including zone-level service standards for utility connections and construction permits, and will promote Punjab's SEZ incentives - customs duty exemptions, income tax holidays and provincial fiscal concessions - while benchmarking them against regional competitors to inform ongoing pricing and incentive design.

Candidates should hold a Master's degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Public Policy, or Real Estate Development from an HEC-recognized institution, with preference given to graduates of globally recognized universities, along with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in SEZ management, industrial estate development, or infrastructure planning for industries. The position is open to both men and women between 35 and 50 years of age, will be offered on a contract basis, and requires a Punjab domicile.
