The Head of Systems Security will also oversee Cloud Identity Entitlement Management to remove excessive permissions, toxic role combinations and misconfigurations across multi-cloud accounts, drive Zero Trust, identity and access security, network segmentation and Cloud Security Posture Management initiatives, and lead cyber-defense and incident-response coordination with the bank's Security Operations Center. People-management duties include leading, mentoring and developing a team of security specialists and analysts, managing vendor relationships, contracts and budgets for infrastructure and cloud security projects, and building a succession-ready talent pipeline skilled in multi-cloud security and DevSecOps. Eligible candidates need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or Management Information Systems, preferably along with at least one recognised professional certification such as CCSP, CISM, CISSP, an ISO credential, AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer or Solutions Architect, or GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer, together with a minimum of eight years of experience in Information Technology, Information Security or IT Risk Management.

Qualification Required
