Ignite - National Technology Fund is hiring an Assistant Manager Collaboration on contract for one vacancy based in Islamabad, as part of a batch of three finance- and partnership-facing positions advertised together this September. The role supports the development, execution and management of strategic collaborations and partnerships for Ignite's initiatives, working with internal teams and external stakeholders to advance programme goals, promote international cooperation and strengthen the national innovation and startup ecosystem, and reports to the Manager Partnership & Collaboration.

Day-to-day duties include assisting in identifying and pursuing partnership and collaboration opportunities with local and international stakeholders, supporting the drafting and negotiation of partnership proposals, MoUs and agreements, coordinating partnership activities and facilitating communication between Ignite and partner organisations, organising and representing Ignite at collaboration meetings, innovation forums and international delegations, supporting the implementation of joint initiatives in line with project timelines, maintaining and updating partnership databases and tracking partnership KPIs, and contributing to the planning and management of events, workshops and networking sessions. Eligible candidates should hold an LLB (Mercantile Law), BBA, Bachelors in Accounting & Finance, Bachelors in Economics, or Bachelors in International Relations, along with at least three to five years of relevant professional experience in partnership development, project coordination or public-private collaborations; strong interpersonal and coordination skills, an understanding of innovation and digital-economy ecosystems, and familiarity with national and international startup support mechanisms are all considered an advantage. Qualification Required
