About This Job

Jamshoro Power Company Limited (JPCL), a WAPDA-origin power generation company (GENCO) in Southern Sindh, is hiring a Manager (HR & Administration), equivalent to BPS-19, based at Jamshoro and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Maximum age 50 years.

Candidates must hold an MBA (HR)/MPA/Master's in Management Sciences with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience (or M.Phil with 7 years, or Ph.D with 5 years) from an HEC-recognized institution. Law graduates with Labour Union negotiation experience and knowledge of HR/ERP systems are preferred.

Duties include leading the HR & Admin Directorate, devising the HR Manual/Service Rules/policies, manpower planning and budgeting, end-to-end recruitment, career progression and succession planning, performance management, training needs assessment, and administrative oversight including outsourced manpower and transport management.

Qualification Required

• Qualification:MBA (HR) / MPA / Master's in Management Sciences (16 years of education) from HEC-recognized institutions with minimum 10 years post-qualification experience; OR M.Phil in HRM/Management Sciences with at least 7 years post-qualification experience; OR Ph.D in HRM/Management Sciences with at least 5 years post-qualification experience.
