The Privatisation Commission of Pakistan has announced 1 vacancy for the post of Consultants Legal on a contract basis, benchmarked at the MP-I compensation level (Grade G-1), based in Islamabad.

Eligible candidates must hold a law degree from an HEC-recognized university, preferably specializing in contract and corporate law; an LL.M. and Bar-at-Law qualification will be given preference. A valid license to practice in the Supreme Court or a High Court of Pakistan is required, along with a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, public sector legal matters, commercial agreements, divestments, mergers & acquisitions, privatization, and corporate/commercial litigation. The upper age limit is 62 years. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide legal oversight of all privatization transactions and manage litigation involving the Commission.
