The role sits within NTL's oversight function for the e-Sahulat franchisee network, the nationwide branchless-banking, bill-payment and identity-services network that NADRA operates through franchise outlets across the country, and is responsible for ensuring the network's day-to-day operations stay aligned with approved policies, procedures and operational standards. Applicants must hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree (4 years) or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognised university, with degrees attested by the Higher Education Commission, along with a minimum of ten years of post-qualification professional experience. The maximum age limit is 55 years, a figure that already includes the standard five-year general age relaxation, so no further relaxation applies beyond this stated ceiling.
