National Bank of Pakistan is hiring an Assistant Product Manager - Roshan Digital Account (OG-II/OG-I) within its Digital Banking area at Karachi, reporting to the Unit Head Product - Roshan Digital Account.

Candidates need a minimum Graduation degree or equivalent from a HEC-recognized institution, with a Master's degree or relevant certification preferred, plus at least two years of experience in banking, financial institutions, telecom, or fintech, including one year in customer onboarding, digital onboarding, RDA, or UI/UX. Responsibilities include supporting RDA product initiatives aligned with the Bank's digital strategy, monitoring end-to-end customer onboarding journeys across Mobile App and Web platforms, tracking account opening and activation KPIs, preparing Product Program Documents and BRDs, and supporting UAT and product enhancement rollouts.
