About This Job

National Bank of Pakistan's Aitemaad Islamic Banking is recruiting a Branch Operations Manager (OG-II/OG-I) for its branch at Siah Dik, District Chaghi, Balochistan, reporting to the Regional Executive - Operations.

Candidates need a minimum Graduation degree or equivalent from a HEC-recognized institution, with a Master's degree or Islamic Banking certification/diploma preferred, plus at least four years of banking experience including two years in core branch operations. Local candidates and domicile holders of the Chaghi area will be given preference, and females are encouraged to apply. The role covers full responsibility for branch operations including internal controls, Shariah compliance, customer service standards, account opening and transaction processing, KYC/AML/compliance adherence, cash and vault management, ATM upkeep, and ensuring the branch maintains a minimum "B" audit rating.
