National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) is hiring a Relationship Manager (OG-III) in its Retail Banking area on a contractual basis. The selected candidate will report to the Team Leader and will be posted at one of several field locations spanning Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Azad Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan and Punjab, including Abbottabad, Attock, Bannu, Battagram, Buner, Dera Ismail Khan, Dudyal AK, Ghizer, Gilgit, Hangu, Haripur, Hunza, Jalalpur Bhattian, Lower Dir, Mansehra, Mardan, Mirpur AK, Pindi Bhattian, Rawalakot AK, Sangla Hill, Shangla, Sharakpur, Sheikhupura, Sukheki and Upper Chitral. This is a field-based sales role requiring frequent market visits and strong local geographical knowledge of the place of posting.

Candidates must hold a minimum Graduation degree or equivalent from a local or international university, college or institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan, along with a minimum of one year of banking sales experience in financial products. Core responsibilities include achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in account opening, deposit growth and consumer financing, conducting daily customer and market visits for both new-to-bank and existing customers, achieving deposit targets and managing the liability portfolio, identifying attrition risks and taking corrective action, cross-selling consumer asset and insurance products, maintaining high service-quality standards, resolving customer queries, ensuring compliance with banking laws and internal SOPs, and maintaining MIS/business reports as required by management.
