National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), "The Nation's Bank," is hiring a Senior Relationship Manager (OG-II) in its Retail Banking area on a contractual basis. The selected candidate will report to the Team Leader and will be posted at one of several field locations across Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Islamabad, including Chakwal, Islamabad, Jalalpur Sharif, Jhelum, Kahuta, Kallar Syedan, Kharian, Khewra, Lahore, Murree, Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Sohawa and Taxila. This is a field-based sales role requiring frequent market visits and strong local geographical knowledge of the place of posting.

Candidates must hold a minimum Graduation degree or equivalent from a local or international university, college or institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan, along with a minimum of two years of sales experience in financial institutions; candidates with prior banking sales experience in deposit mobilization will be given preference. Core responsibilities include achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in account opening, deposit growth and consumer financing (both Conventional and Islamic Banking), cross-selling consumer asset and insurance products, managing and growing the customer portfolio through market visits, referrals and networking, maintaining high service-quality standards, resolving customer queries, ensuring compliance with banking laws and internal SOPs, and supporting periodic mass customer-contact drives. The role also requires maintaining MIS/business reports and addressing internal and external audit observations related to the assigned portfolio.
