Training Coordinator (OG-III/OG-II)

About This Job

National Bank of Pakistan is hiring a Training Coordinator (OG-III/OG-II) for its Human Resource Management area (Staff College), based at Karachi and reporting to the Director Staff College.

Candidates must hold a minimum Graduation degree or equivalent from a HEC-recognized institution, with a Master's degree or professional certification preferred, and at least two years of working experience in Learning & Development, HR or Banking.

Duties include coordinating training activities and nominations across regions, liaising with internal/external trainers, preparing courseware and training MISs, preparing the monthly training calendar, processing honorarium office notes, and collecting/summarizing trainee evaluation feedback.
