Candidates who believe a foreign or otherwise non-standard qualification is equivalent to the one prescribed above must submit an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission or the concerned department's Qualification Equivalence Determination Committee at the time of interview, failing which their candidature is liable to cancellation; marks or percentage certificates for every degree must also be produced, as CGPA alone is not accepted. Any experience claimed in a private firm or entity must be supported at interview with proof that the organisation was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, the Registrar of Firms, or another relevant regulatory authority throughout the claimed period, failing which the application is liable to rejection.

Candidates must apply online only through www.ppsc.gop.pk and pay the Rs. 600 fee via an approved channel before the closing date of 26 October 2026. Serving government doctors should secure their department's NOC beforehand, and the full advertisement sets out complete specialty-specific eligibility notes.
