The Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC), operating under the Local Government & Community Development Department, Government of Punjab, has announced one vacancy for the position of Chief Operating Officer (Operations) under the Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project. The role is responsible for supervising day-to-day project operations and communications, coordinating with donor agencies and district-level units, managing procurement and contract activities, and establishing quality control systems for the project's water supply and sanitation works across rural Punjab. This senior management position is based in Lahore and is engaged on a contract basis under the PPS-11 scale.

Candidates must hold a Master's degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Policy, or a BSc Engineering degree combined with an MBA. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in public administration, project management, or infrastructure development is required, including at least 5 years working on similar donor-funded projects executed under FIDIC, ADB, or World Bank frameworks. The age limit for applicants is 18 to 60 years, and the post is open to both genders with a Punjab domicile requirement. The monthly salary for this position ranges from PKR 790,000 to PKR 800,000.
