The Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC), functioning under the Local Government & Community Development Department, Government of Punjab, is hiring one Sr. Manager Procurement for its Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project. The position leads procurement planning in line with World Bank and Government of Punjab guidelines, develops and updates procurement plans, prepares bidding documents with the necessary special terms, and oversees the bid evaluation and reporting process for the project's rural water supply and sanitation works. The role is based in Lahore on a contract basis under the PPS-10 scale.

Applicants must hold a Master's degree (16 years of education) in Procurement & Contracts Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a BSc Engineering degree, along with at least 8 years of relevant procurement experience, including 4 years on similar donor-funded project assignments. Familiarity with PPRA rules and international donor procurement procedures (ADB, World Bank) is required. The age limit is 18 to 60 years, the post is open to both genders, and a Punjab domicile is required. The monthly salary ranges from PKR 560,000 to PKR 570,000.
