About This Job

Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) is inviting applications from both male and female candidates for 1 vacant Assistant Manager Administration post within Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA). The appointment will be made on a contractual basis, and the recruitment is being carried out to fill operational needs within the department.

This role carries a SPPP-05 pay scale. Compensation and benefits will follow the standard government framework for contractual appointments, including all admissible allowances as per departmental rules.

Duty station: Lahore, Punjab. Selected candidates will be required to report to this location, although the department reserves the right to transfer or reassign personnel to other locations within Punjab as operational needs arise.

The prescribed age limit is 25-35 years (as on the closing date). Age relaxation rules issued by the government from time to time shall apply.

Age note: Contract position; pay grade SPPP-05

The minimum educational qualification required for this position is: BS/BSc/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Office Management or equivalent (16 years' education). Candidates must hold the stated qualification from a recognized university or institution at the time of application.

Applicants are required to have 2 years post-qualification, including minimum 1 year in public sector. Relevant experience must be substantiated with proper documentation, including experience certificates from previous employers.
